The breakfast was amazing, with a great menu and alternative options. The location was very convenient, just a short drive from the city center. The complimentary driver service was a great benefit, always quick and efficient. The staff were super friendly and flexible, adapting to my schedule changes.

The hillside tents were noisier than the rooms on the bottom, so make sure to choose your room wisely.

The hotel location is breathtaking- nestled within the natural environment on a hill with a view to the waterfall. The rooms are extremely spacious and the bathrooms are luxurious with beautiful views. The service is impeccable, the staff is welcoming and accommodating to all needs. The breakfast selection was excellent. facilities such as the pool and the river add to the relaxing ambiance.

I had an exquisite stay at this hotel, surrounded by an abundance of tropical plants and a marvelous river flowing through the property. I relished the luxurious room advantages, such as the spectacular view from the room and the air conditioning which worked perfectly. The staff was exceedingly friendly and enthusiastically greeted me whenever I passed by. The full body massage that I got at the Spa & wellness centre was one of the most relaxing treatments of my life.

The only minor issue was the noise level of the tents on the hill, which was mildly disturbing during the night. However, this was easily compensated by the pool which was quite incredible with its astounding beauty.
